How to Enable/Disable a Pop-up Blocker

For Chrome: 

1. At the top right, click More (looks like three vertical dots) and then Settings. 

2. At the bottom, click Advanced. 

3. Under "Privacy and security," click Content settings. 

4. Click Pop-ups and redirects. 

5. At the top, turn the setting to Allowed or Blocked.

For Internet Explorer:

1. At the top right, click the Tools button (looks like a gear) and then Internet options. 

2. On the Privacy tab, under Pop-up Blocker, select or clear the Turn on Pop-up Blocker check box, and then select OK.
